Our beginnings
Founded in 2000 by Camille Estephan, Diligence Wealth Management was born of the desire to offer independent, objective financial advice. Before founding Diligence Wealth Management, Camille worked for another company as a financial broker. Not wanting to be limited by specific products, he chose to create Diligence Wealth Management in order to offer a complete range of solutions to his clients.
In 2008, we partnered strategically with Manulife Wealth, reinforcing our ability to serve our customers with the best resources available. Since then, we have become the largest team at Manulife Wealth in Canada in terms of assets under administration.
Our mission is clear: every day, we go the extra mile to help our customers build their financial futures, taking into consideration their family aspirations and personal goals. We are committed to recruiting young advisors at the beginning of their careers, and teaching them how to build their own personal relationships within our organization.
